Commercial Complex

Design built multi unit retail strip mall, we took this project from start to finish, all units were leased long term prior to even starting construction. This is the MacKenzie complex in Qualicum Beach.

Keith spent over a year transforming this hotel from the "Duct Tape Hotel" to the "5 Downtown Suites", this project started with the reconstruction of 9 levels of parking, the cement was removed and paltforms repaired, then we started to renovate all 305 suites, first off by entering each room and repairing the "immediate problems". Later we totally upgraded the property management systems, servers, POS systems. Wireless and wired internet was completed and managed by Keith on all 28 Levels, this was a huge undertaking and several electricians were kept busy for 6 months. Later the owner sold the property and tripled his money in only a year and 1/2!!!......
