Whether it is creating luxurious executive extended stay hotels, developing innovative new communities, updating elegant homes of its exclusive clientele, to turn key operations, excavation or custom furnishings, Global West approaches the project with the same drive for perfection.
When you hire Global West to manage your project you also get the buying power and discounts of a large volume buyer. In most cases we have materials discounts of 10-60%, and we usually pass these disounts on to our clients, we can build your building usually cheaper and much faster then trying to do this on your own. Global West will work on a "Cost Plus" or a "Bid" contract, cost plus is usually more affordable for the client as you get to approve all expenditures, and you are totally in control of fixtures, finishing's, etc, where as the "Bid" process means the project is completed as per a signed spec sheet and contract and changes have to be done via a change order.
With the addition of Bill McCullouch comes years of Logging, Road Building, Excavation, Transportation and Construction knowledge and experience, Global West can now handle turn-key sub-division of land.
Global West is a project management company that deal with all sizes of projects.
